Dr. Mohammad Fateh was a blessed educational and professional person. He was born in Bazarak district, Panjshir Province. He has completed his Primary school till class 6 in Bazarak-e- Panjshir. Subsequently, he completed his High School in Kabul. Then he studied science in Kabul University.


Dr. Mohammad Fateh travelled to Germany for his further studies and received his PHD in science from there. He worked as a Head teacher in Kabul polytechnic University .And he passed away in 1369 in Kabul-Afghanistan
