General Deen Mohammad Jurat is an ethnic Tajik from Panjshir educated person who was born in Rokha District Panjshir Province. General Deen Mohammad Jurat was a top commander of Ahmad Shah Massoud anti-Taliban-Afghanistan National Hero. After 911 he became, a senior official at the Interior Ministry. But soon he got dismissed. General Jurat established a company security which was providing security to foreigner’s offices and houses with 8000 guards.


A rocket has struck near Kabul's Airport, a key base of foreign peacekeeping troops, but caused no casualties or damage, an Afghan Interior Ministry official said.


General Deen Mohammad Jurat, the ministry security chief, said the Russian-made rocket, called a BM1, landed after dawn on the perimeter of the airport to the north-east of the city. Nobody immediately claimed responsibility.


General Jurat linked the incident to forces opposed to the presence of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and the new Government of Hamid Karzai, elected transitional president at this month's Loya Jirga traditional grand assembly.


"We have some renegade individuals such as Hekmatyar and the Taliban who resort to these kinds of acts," General Jurat said. He was referring to anti-government warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, an exiled former prime minister blamed for destroying much of Kabul during factional fighting in the early 1990s.


After Mr. General; Jurat left his job as the ministry security chief .Hakmatyar supporter Such as Abdul Jabar Sabet confronting him to taking their revenges. The general, who used to work at the interior ministry, told the BBC that he was traveling with his family and just six bodyguards, when Mr. Sabet stopped his car at a road block, and then slapped his driver's face.


Kabul has come under several attacks since the Taliban were toppled by US air strikes and Afghan ground forces last year. Several rockets have struck close to ISAF bases. Gen Jurat is now serving as a top interior ministry general providing security for some American companies.
